Three routes

Work it out yourself, this package, or an abogado

All three are possible. The difference is how much you have to research yourself, and what it costs when you miss something.

Is this inferior to a contract from a gestoría?

As a document, no. What you sign here is a full Spanish rental contract under the same law — assembled from clauses each checked against the consolidated statute text, with the article of law and the consultation date alongside. On several points you get more than a typical instruction to a firm delivers: the bilingual reading version explaining every clause in English, the fillable annexes, your own region's deposit rules with the competent body and deadline, and a reference number that lets you show years later which state of the law your contract rested on. A gestoría generally delivers the contract, in Spanish, without that explanation and without those annexes.

Where an abogado or gestoría does something we do not: assess your situation. We give no legal advice and do not review your circumstances. If there is a live dispute, an unusual structure or a large financial interest at stake, that calls for a person — and this contract is still a good starting point to put in front of them, with the articles alongside.

Why this is not an “AI contract”

  • No text from a language model. Every contract is assembled from a fixed clause register, drawn up by people and maintained against the consolidated statute text (BOE) — with the article of law and the date the legislation was consulted, per clause.
  • Hundreds of automated checks before anything goes live. No template goes live without every regional deposit rule, every deadline and every mandatory clause being re-verified — and if the law changes, the system blocks issuance until the template is updated.
  • Reviewed by a Spanish-registered lawyer. Every change with legal impact — a new clause, an amended deposit rule, a shift in case law — is also reviewed by a lawyer registered in Spain (abogado colegiado) before it goes live.
  • Check it yourself. Every claim on this site carries its source; the full legal dossier is public at propertyhost.es. You don't have to take our word for it — open the source, or have your own gestoría read the contract with the articles alongside.

One contract today, or never drafting a contract by hand again

This domain does one thing well: getting you the right contract, fast. Behind it sits ContractHost — your own account where every contract you create is kept as a file copy, with your details ready for the next tenant, dated inventory and handover photos as deposit evidence, and rent reminders to your tenant. And the legal dossier the models rest on is public at propertyhost.es, with the BOE as its source — you can open every reference yourself.
